Thank you for checking out my business, my website, my blog! This will be a space where I share information on fitness topics, my own experiences in fitness, recipes and possibly some random writings.

A few things to know about me:

  • I’m Canadian! This means that I am likely to say ‘sorry’ alot. And point out celebrities that are also Canadian.
  • I’m smiley! The pictures don’t lie. I’m a happy smiley person especially since I am now living my dream of working with people to improve their health and wellness.
  • I like to try new things. Found out about an interesting new fitness class? Please invite me! Don’t know what that thing is on the menu? I’ll order it! Limiting factor on this is gravity. No bungee jumping or skydiving thank you very much.
  • I want to live to be 110 years old with my faculties intact and enjoying a good quality of life.

The photo is of me with my Mum and Grandma at her 100th birthday party! She lived to be 101, living in her own home and enjoying good health until near the very end. My Mum and I were with her at her passing and it was a very profound experience that has influenced me in many ways, not the least of which as the inspiration in the pursuit of health and quality longevity.
